Ohio Supreme Court Rules Gerrymandered GOP Map of Politics

The Ohio Supreme Court has overturned a U.S. government map of the United States on the grounds of bias.

ACLU has announced its success in its statement submitted to PoliticusUSA:

The Ohio Supreme Court today handed down a 4-3 ruling in the case of the American Civil Liberties Union v. .

Now, Ohio lawmakers have been returned to the photography team to create a new map within 30 days. If they do not find an answer, the Ohio Redistricting Commission will have 30 days to do so.

An oral debate in this case took place on December 28, 2021. The deadline for applications for congressional elections is March 4, 2022, with preliminary elections taking place on May 3, 2022.

Republicans have one month to draw a legal map in line with changes to the fair mapping rules provided by Ohio voters. Republicans were prosecuted months ago for their map of construction, because the maps were in violation of state law.

The election is a major victory for democracy, but Ohio is one of many countries where freedom fighters are trying to stop Republican efforts.

Even in the left to fight for the protection of the right to vote, another ongoing political battle is to prevent electoral fraud.
