GE Suspends Vaccination Requirement After Supreme Court Violates Biden OSHA Role

General Electric Co on Friday suspended vaccinations or trials for its 174,000 employees after the Supreme Court overturned Joe Biden OSHA’s position.

US Supreme Court Thursday banned Joe Biden’s OSHA vaccine for businesses with 100+ employees.

“Although Congress has given OSHA the power to regulate occupational hazards, it has not given the agency the power to regulate public health significantly,” the court wrote.

“Vaccination of 84 million Americans, selected because they work for employers with more than 100 employees, is falling into the final category,” the court wrote.

Price CNBC reports:

General Electric suspended the Covid vaccine and its test results Friday after the Supreme Court banned the work of Biden’s management, a company spokesman told CNBC.

GE, which had 174,000 employees by the end of 2020, had urged its employees to get vaccinated, he said.

Cruel Joe Biden is still call on small businesses to impose vaccinations on workers despite the Supreme Court ruling.

“The court has ruled that my supervisors will not use the powers vested in them by Congress to do so,” Biden said. “But that does not stop me from using my words as President to urge fellow employers to take appropriate action to protect the health of the American people.”
