Floyd Mayweather has been warned “I’m not afraid of anyone” by Money Kicks, a TV personality who wants to fight.
Mayweather is in talks to get back in the ring next month, just days before he turns 45, to take on the online personality who is 25 years younger.
Rashed Belhasa, better known as ‘Money Kicks’, is a Dubai-based YouTuber and well-known for his lively lifestyle.
He has revealed to Sky Sports that talks against Mayweather have come to an end – they will fight in the “real war” on eight occasions on a helipad at the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah hotel in Dubai.
Money Kicks says: “I grew up with lions – I was not afraid of anyone.
“I will not be afraid of anyone.”
Mayweather laughed at the fight last week when he said: “Money Kicks is doing great and I love what I see.”
Money Kicks has now revealed how their unexpected match met: “I never thought I’d fight Floyd. He’s a very good fighter. When I was younger, I took off his ‘The Money Team’ hats!
“Mayweather’s team asked my team for a meeting. We thought: ‘It won’t happen!’
“On the same day of the convention, I saw Mayweather saying: ‘I would rather fight Rashed’.
“He is serious.
“It is an honor to be invited outside.
“I thought: ‘This is going to spread!'”
Money Kicks, 20, was boosted by a KSI fight with Logan Paul which was a great time for YouTuber boxing.
Since then he has played two boxing matches in Dubai, directing himself, and winning two wins within the ring.
He also talked about how he could deal with his next fight: “Mayweather is very fast – I have to be close and drive him crazy!
“I will not lie to myself, get in the ring with respect, I will try.
“You don’t know – every punch can fall, and I have heavy hands.
If he despises me? The fist may come. Anything can happen.
“I am much taller than he.
“I get there. Every day I study. I’m still young but I’m fine.”
Since retiring in 2017 with an impressive 50-0 record, Mayweather has also joined the show.
He beat Tenshin Nasukawa and, earlier this year, went eight rounds with Logan Paul.
“Logan made history,” Money Kicks said. “The whole world was talking about their war.
“He has already given me advice on how to fight Mayweather.
“He told me I could move more, because Mayweather is a very fast and knowledgeable person.
“If I knocked him down, I wouldn’t sleep for a year!”
Money Kicks is expected to improve his boxing skills beyond the Mayweather fight next month.
He has four fights in the pipeline, across Saudi Arabia and London, where he will make his first appearance against his TV star before a skilled boxer.
“People think I’m crazy because boxing is big in London, but here? In Dubai boxing is new,” he said.
“People think I’m a warrior, and they’ll go crazy if they see me.
“Everyone thinks I’m Mayweather from Dubai!”
